Q: Why should I purchase from your company?
A: Here are some key reasons:
Best Service: We understand that our success emerges from your satisfaction, this is why we thrive to exceed all of your expectations and provide you with the fastest, friendliest and most professional service available. In one sentence, you can save thousands, and get the dream kitchen you’ve always wanted.
Best Quality: You will get the best-quality all-wood cabinets on the market.
Best Price: With our wholesale price, you will save thousands of dollars compared to a local retail store.
Q: What is the product made of?
A: The cabinet front and door frames are made from solid wood. The door center panels of some cabinets are made from solid wood while others are made from MDF with matching veneer.(Please refer to each line of cabinetry under cabinet features for specific information). Cabinet boxes are ½” A grade plywood.
Q: Do the cabinets have a matching finished interior?
A: Yes. Insides of the cabinets are finished to match color of the door.
All cabinet drawers feature a sanitary, wipe-clean natural maple melamine interior finish. There is no need for shelf paper or shelf liner material. Please visit our Product Features page for complete cabinet construction details.
Q: Are the exposed ends of the cabinets finished with a matching color?
A: Yes, the exposed ends of the cabinets are finished with a matching wood veneer to save you money.
There is no need to purchase a panel to finish the ends. For a more decorative finish you may order a decorative end panel which features the style of the door.
Q: What type of drawer glides are used?
A: Drawer glides are steel, with Under mount, full extension, soft closing features. Please refer to our Resource Center for specifics on each cabinet.
Q: What are the shelves made of?
A: Our shelves are made from 3/4″ A-grade plywood with matching wood veneer.
Q: Are cabinet knobs included in the package?
A: Cabinet Knobs are not included in the package.
Q: Do you offer customization on your cabinets?
A: In order to keep our prices among the best on the internet, we stay within the standard product offering of the Forevermark Product lines.
Q: Will there be differences in grain pattern and color?
A: Forevermark Cabinetry is constructed from several pieces of solid wood and wood veneers on plywood. Differences in grain pattern and color should be expected. Color differences in wood are the result of variations in minerals found in the soil native to the tree’s origin. Absorption of these minerals will vary by tree or parts of said tree. In addition, color changes can be experienced due to different exposure to light. All species of wood will display characteristics such as knots, pinholes, sap runs, mineral streaks, and darkening will age. It is the natural beauty of wood to exhibit these characteristics and they will be present throughout your cabinetry.

WARRANTY
There is a five year limited warranty on factory defects for most door styles. All painted door styles have a two year limited warranty. Forevermark Cabinetry will replace the defective part(s) and ship it to you at our cost using the most appropriate shipping method.
Q: Are my cabinets warranted?
A: Yes. Forevermark Cabinetry warrants its Cabinetry to be free of manufacturer defects for five (5) years from the date of purchase for most lines (all cabinets with painted finishes are limited to two (2) year warranty), or as long as the original purchasing consumer owns the home, whichever is less, against avoidable and unnatural defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This limited warranty applies to domestic use only, is non-transferable, and proof of purchase is required.
Warranty Limitations
For the warranty to apply, cabinets and accessories must be assembled and installed properly according to what Cabinet Nirvana deems is a common standard/practice adhered to by kitchen and bath industry professionals. These common standards/practices include but are not limited to: the correct number of fasteners being used for cabinet assembly, proper clearances for cabinet doors and walkways are adhered to, cabinets are mounted at the correct heights from the finished flooring, and local building code requirements are met.
It is also required that the cabinets be properly stored in an indoor, climate-controlled environment such as an insulated garage, storage unit, or home. This warranty is null and void if the cabinets are not properly installed or maintained.
Warranty Exclusions
Cabinet Nirvana and its products’ manufacturers do not warrant any products against the following: normal wear and tear, misuse, exposure to extreme temperatures such as cabinets in contact with or near ovens when self-cleaning cycle is used, severe high/low humidity, water damage such as damage to cabinets resulting from exposure to water like steam and wet mopping, chips in painted finishes near knobs or pulls as they typically result from contact with fingernails and jewelry, intentional damage, customer modifications made on site and not made by Cabinet Nirvana, improper storage/installation, fire, smoke, acts of God, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
For dents, scratches, and chipped finishes that might result from shipping damage, as well as missing components within cabinets, please see our damage claim policy under our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Additional conditions excluded from the warranty include the following conditions:
Tolerances – Sizes specified for cabinets, accessories, and parts are subject to variations within specific tolerances. Wood will naturally expand and contract with changes in humidity and temperature. Therefore, sizes may vary up to 1/4″.
Load ratings – Our cabinetry, shelves, and drawers are tested and warranted to load ratings established by the National Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers’ Association. Cabinetry, shelves, and drawers loaded beyond those ratings are not warranted.
Expansion and Contraction of Wood – Because wood is a hygroscopic material (naturally absorbs moisture from the air), it will constantly adjust to variations in relative humidity. We recommend maintaining a relative humidity of 40% within your home to help prevent the shrinkage/expansion of the wooden products within your home.
Joints and Seams – Seams will often be visible on face frames and 5-piece door and drawer fronts, especially when painted. Wood joints will naturally expand and contract with changes in humidity and temperature (i.e., changes in season). Therefore, cracks in the joints are not considered defects.
Cabinet Finishes & Natural Wood Variations
Cabinet Finishes
The appearance of any finish on wood will be affected by wood species, color, grain, lighting, aging, depths, angles of door profiles, and sanding processes. In addition, plywood such as that in cabinet doors will accept finishes differently than solid wood such as that in trims and moldings.
Hand-crafted finish techniques, such as glaze, will create further variation within the same finish from door to door and cabinet to cabinet. A glazed finish accentuates the door and drawer front profiles. Glazing is hand applied over a stain or paint and may consist of random drips, runs, etc. This is not considered a defect and is to be expected with hand-applied finishes.
Based on these factors, our warranty does not cover variation of finish from cabinet to cabinet or order to order.
Natural Wood Variations
Natural woods vary in color and wood grain pattern and may exhibit color change over time. This variation adds to its natural beauty and is not considered an imperfection. Cabinetry may darken or lighten over time due to environmental factors such as exposure to artificial/natural light, moisture, household cleaners, smoke, etc. This is a natural process and can be expected.
This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening/mellowing of wood color, inherent growth characteristics, or variation in wood.
Warranty Claims
Cabinet Nirvana will determine if the product is repairable or replaceable when a warranty claim is made. Warranty claims do not include any costs associated with the removal or replacement of products.
If a defect covered by warranty is found, we will, at our discretion, either replace or repair our defective cabinet, defective accessory, or the defective parts. Only the faulty/defective components will be repaired or replaced. Such repair or replacement of the defective cabinet or accessory is the sole remedy available to you concerning any warranty claim submitted. All parts other than those repaired or replaced will remain as is.
Due to ever changing technology and industry styles, we update our cabinet door styles, finish/color options, hinges, drawer glides, SKU offering, etc., regularly. This means all Forevermark products are subject to being discontinued at any time, with or without notice. For this reason, replacement cabinets or accessories may differ/vary from the original product purchased. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that replacements will be exact duplicates of the defective item(s) in your warranty claim.
If an item/product or cabinet style to be replaced has been discontinued, or is no longer manufactured by Forevermark, it is considered no longer covered under the warranty. In the case an item similar, comparable, or complimentary to what is being claimed is available, this option will be offered as a replacement.
To file a warranty claim, sign into your account and click on damage claims or email [email protected]. If you purchased our products from a professional not directly associated with Cabinet Nirvana such as a contractor, builder, designer, etc., we recommend having the account holder submit the warranty claim or provide you with the information needed to submit.
Incidental and Consequential Damage
This warranty shall become void if the cabinets are in any way modified on a job site after purchase, improperly installed, or damaged before or during the installation. This also disclaims products utilized in any application other than the standard.
Cabinet Nirvana is NOT responsible for any labor cost, installation cost, or to remove and reinstall materials and related components.
This warranty is limited solely to material supplied by Cabinet Nirvana.
