1. Returns Eligibility:
The Distributors and/or manufacturers of products sold by CN accept returns and refunds requests under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return is accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products that have been modified, assembled, or installed.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, abuse, improper storage, extreme conditions, or unauthorized alterations.
- Products that do not have the original proof of purchase.
3. Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact CN at [email protected] with a return request within 30 days of purchase.
- Provide details about the reason for the return and include the original proof of purchase.
- The dealer or distributor will assess the request and forward the necessary information to the Manufacturer or Distributor for consideration.
4. Refund Process:
If your return is approved, CN will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Our hassle-free 30 day return and exchange policy ensures that you can trust us to make it right (buyer responsible for all return shipping costs, a 25% restocking fee, and credit card processing fees up to 6% for products returned in unaltered original packaging.) Damaged product should be photographed with original packaging and reported to Cabinet Nirvana immediately to ensure that replacement product can be on its way quickly to help you complete your kitchen installation. All communication regarding damaged product, including pictures, should be emailed to [email protected].
5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified by CN. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
6. Replacement of Defective Items:
If the returned item is deemed defective under the Manufacturer’s warranty terms, we will replace the defective product. Replacement of defective product is limited to drop shipment of replacement RTA component to original delivery address.
7. Changes to Product Line:
In the event of a warranty claim for a discontinued or unavailable product, CN will replace it with a new product of the same style or a similar and comparable style currently offered by CN. Replacement products may differ from the originally supplied items.

Note: Please do not return the allegedly defective product to CN, FC or MC without express instructions from our claims department. Fraudulent claims may be subject to prosecution.
