2. Included Shipping Costs:

  • We believe in transparency and simplicity. That’s why the price you see is the price you pay. Shipping costs are already included in the total, so you won’t encounter any unexpected charges during checkout.

3. Track Your Shipment’s Delivery Time:

  • Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and freight delivery company and their contact information including website. To track your order simply access the freight company’s website and locate their tracking portal, insert your tracking number, and you can monitor your shipment’s journey in real time.

4. Receiving Your Cabinets:

  • When your cabinets arrive, make sure to inspect the packaging for any signs of damage during transit. Our packaging is designed to withstand the rigors of shipping, but your satisfaction is our top priority. If you notice any issues, please take photos before removing “tamper seal”, make note of damage with delivery driver IN WRITING ON SHIPPING RECEIPT and contact our customer support team immediately.
  • After the cabinets are delivered to your home, make sure to store them in a space with 40 to 50 percent relative humidity. Be aware that humidity above 70 percent or below 20 percent is likely to cause problems with your wooden kitchen cabinets. If you decide to store your newly bought cabinetry in a basement, garage, or some other space where the temperature and humidity differ from the kitchen space where the cabinets will eventually be installed, wait to perform the installation for a day or two. The cabinetry needs to acclimate to their final environment before installation.

  • Unpacking and assembling your cabinets is a breeze with our detailed assembly instructions. We’ve put together a collection of assembly video to ensure you can enjoy your new kitchen without a hitch. It is highly recommended that buyers consult with (and/or hire) a qualified contractor to ensure proper installation of cabinets.
